Jennie Doane

Hello, my name is Jennie Doane. I am a registered nurse and nurse practitioner with experience in chronic care disease management, public health, as well as wellness promotion. I am certified through the HealthSciences Institute Health Program, Chronic Care Professional as a CCP Health Coach. I enjoy developing and empowering people to take ownership of their own health despite the challenges of chronic disease such as Diabetes, PCOS, and hypertension which can make wellness more of a challenge. However, it is my goal to empower you and bring you to believe that despite these extra challenges, you are still able to achieve health and wellness in your own unique journey. Approach to care

As a specialist in health, wellness and chronic disease management I have a wide range of experience which allows me unique ability to understand and help you manage your complex journey. If you look at your wellness journey and think that your pathway is too difficult to change or make a difference, I am here to support and empower you along the way to meet your unique health needs. I utilize motivational interviewing, goal setting, and empathy to empower you to reach your wellness goals. Along with the broader Curate team, we will help you with care navigation as well through the complexity of care.

Your first session with Jennie

During our first session, my primary priority will be to actively listen to your story, your goals for your health, and the support system you have around you. Together, we will begin to design a plan to accomplish these goals as well as others you yet to discover. It is my hope that you leave this meeting empowered with the beginning of clear plan forward.
